PICK UP OPTIONS

Pop-Up sale locations are the pickup locations. At checkout, select “Store Pickup” and notice that each subtitle in grey describes the location and date. Click the “pickup info” drop-down on the right for more details such as address and time that your order can be picked up. You will receive an email letting you know that your order will be ready for pickup. When you arrive at the pickup location, let us know you are here to pick up, and provide necessary information to confirm your order.

If you have to miss your pickup, please email us at info@deeprootsnativenursery.com and let us know prior to your pickup time. If we do not hear from you and you still miss your pickup time, we will reach out. If no contact is made 5 days after we send a rescheduling email, we will cancel your order and refund the total.

Once your order is received and in your hands, all sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.

DELIVERY OPTION

Yes! We deliver!

For delivery, select “Shipping” and enter the shipping information prompted below. Deliveries are Sundays only. Delivery is an extra $25. If you order before 12pm on Saturday then your delivery will be made on that weeks Sunday. Any orders made after 12pm on Saturday may shift to the next Sunday. You will receive an email that your order is getting ready for delivery. On the day of your delivery, you will receive an email that your order is “Out For Delivery” If nobody is home to receive the order, the order will be left at the front door of the address and will be considered received. Look out for an email that your items have been delivered.

If you prefer not to ship, please select a “Store Pickup” option that best suits your schedule and refer to the “Pickup Options” above.

If you input your address and red text tells you “shipping unavailable for entered address” then you live too far! We hope to broaden our delivery capability in the near future.

Once your order has made it to your address, all sales are final and you will no longer be able to issue a refund. We do not accept returns at this time.
